Private placement closing?

They really need to close this PP today.
I am sure they have an update for us.
Rocket indicated that they are drilling but who knows for sure.
They need to be very careful and methodical in how they drill out this discovery.
If they play their cards correctly, then this stock might have a chance to make a nice run.

PP is basically closed, I received my shares in my stock account. Not sure why it's not publicly disclosed yet.
