I saw that reported as well but I can't find anything about a revised target on Scotiabank's site.  Weird. Agree with the "let's get over a buck" comment.  On the positive side, I have been buying up LGN with my dividends from other stocks.....

Scotia issues a couple of reports on oil and gas companies today.  Logan is reduced to $1.75 but no comment as to why.  Could simply be due to the share dilution.
