I find it hard to believe the guy is lying otherwise he is the most dispicable of people. https://incakolanews.blogspot.ca/ To make up a lie like that is hard to believe because forever his website will be considered garbage. If it is true then he will gain a large following on his site. Nothing to gain lying.

I don't necessarily believe he's lying but his tone is infuriating and he gives very little information as to what has actually happened or when it happened.
