Two very different groups. Look at how LiX management addressed their deal and the clauses and information they have to protect themselves. Your point on the $20 million is correct. Will it close? The probabilities say yes, but nothing is certain.

Beg to differ. The probability is no, it will not close. Next View just walked from Bancanora. They could not raise the money. This deal is already postponed and after today's news, will not close in my opinion,. The break fee? It will also not get paid. Read the language carefully. It requires mutual consent to release. The Chinese will never give that consent.
