It's on Sedar. But here's a link to it https://ceo.ca/content/sedar/LME-20220826-Management-information-circular-English-cfcc.pdf

To me, it looks like just the normal annual shareholder meeting stuff and certainly nothing hinting at a buy-out. However, if something new materialized between now and then, they could certainly bring it up at the meeting.

Well I guess that answers the immediate question.... no buyout on the agenda. Lol the eternal optimist in me reads " 5. To transact such other business as may properly be brought before the meeting or after) And I again hope and tell myself it's all going to be OK... and help myself sleep at night.... still paying too much in interest every month we wait....

Yes 5 sounds good lol, there is also the Corporate Update scheduled for immediately after the meeting I'm surprised no one is talking about.

The reality is that there is no way they could announce a buy-out at an AGM. That would cause an immediate jump in stock price. I think that they would have to announce in a Press Release that would either be after normal trading hours or after a cease trading order. That Press Release could come any time, so don't give up hope!

Agreed that it would be a cease trade event and no matter when it's announced it will be a HUGE PRICE SPIKE.

AND they can still include it as a vote if announced before Sep 7. I mean I am not that hopeful.... But there is always that little spark jn the back of soul that refuses to sell more the absolute necessary when we need groceries....
