Cynthia and Roger’s Shares

Aside from 1.5m shares that we know Cynthia exercised, is there a way of finding out how many shares she actually has? ..and Roger too?  I'm curious to know the personal skin they have in the game, but I can't find anything out there.

Another one of the good points! I don't remember where I saw the info. Went through the insiders page here and they list a bunch. I also think I remember reading Cynthia is the largest LME shareholder. So while we might feel discomfort with our drop in value this week..... Her value went down by multiple million $..... If you take the insider friends and family, you will note around 81 million ...more

I've read that she has a lot of personal wealth invested, but I'd like to see a report/filing or something.

If you visit this link, you can find any Canadian insider public filing. Cynthia and her personal corp(aquinterra) I believe they have over 15,000,000 shares. And I'm not sure if Roger has some as well that he isn't required to disclose.  https://www.sedi.ca/sedi/SVTReportsAccessController?menukey=15.03.00&locale=en_CA

So if anyone on here is feeling any discomfort.... At 15 million shares x 0.40 drop in price. Means her value went down around 6 million dollars this week. I don't think anyone feels the SP more than she does and I don't think she is concerned becuase she knows what is in the ground.

Source?? (half joking)

I thought everyone had access to this info when doing their DD INK Research [img][/img] [img][/img] [img][/img]

Everyone does, and I'm fairly sure it's posted right on their website

I thought that the question about "source" related to the "buyout 100%" statement, not the shareholdings info.
Comment by Wizzle on Oct 07, 2022 11:53am
Yes, sorry if this was unclear.  I meant the buy out for the source.
Comment by CharlieBaba13 on Oct 07, 2022 12:29pm
My buyout source is Cynthia and her shares. ...she is due to make a boatload of money!  She has heavily invested in herself/LME, she's the best insider we have, what more proof do we need?   The recent bleed has nothing to do with anything factual or real news. It's a dump based on speculation.  Cynthia is working on an all cash buyout, she's had success in this game a ...more

I have a theory as to why we won't hear anything from Cynthia or Roger right now: Think about it...she's poured herself entirely into LME and made it her life's work.  She's mainained and open and trustworthy operation, stuck to the plan and have shown results all along the way.   At this crucial juncture, when we're so close to the end, why should she waste any time ...more

Here's another theory: she is up to her neck with finalizing a BO and is not concerned with anything else. When that is announced, it will float everyone's boats and all this will be irrelevant. Note that she has not posted any pictures on Linkedin recently showing her up north, which leads me to believe that she may have stayed in Toronto after the AGM to work with the lawyers and maybe ...more

There's no one at the table for a buyout. We're in this for the long haul. If there was a buyer it would have been announced already. They now need to focus on the only thing that will move the needle, a 43-101. If the results are what is anticipated then the sp will rise and it will bring potential acquirors off the sidelines.  If they choose to prioritize the new drilling ...more

You don't know that. They cannot announce a buyer until the deal is 100% finalized.
Comment by ilovexau on Oct 07, 2022 1:09pm
actually that is not true @matlas. Don't confuse "can't" and "shouldn't". They can announce a potential buyer at any time during the process, but the damage to the stock if that deal fell through would be very difficult to overcome and the price would suffer, not to mention the skepticism of the next potential buyer...."why did ABC bail on this, what do they ...more

I would say that for all practical purposes, they can't. In addition to the issues you mentioned, I don't think that the potential buyer is going to want to have its name released before a deal is finalized, and they would antagonize it if they did. However, if you want to say that is a "should'nt" rather than a "can't", I will throw you a bone on that.
