Potential Sale

I have been asked , who is saying that.

I am.  I attempted to bring a prospective buyer to the property after months worth of work.  It was originally scheduled for May, and then put off till June.

Then two weeks ago, it was postponed indefinelty.

So once again, does anyone have any type of reason why a seller of this property would not allow a prospective buyer on the property.

Furthermore, no one is allowed on the property at this time,, unless this has changed in the last week or so.

And one more Big Question here.   Why would the accountant sell 2 million shares off last fall?   Especially is the midst of a big sale??

As far as why not allowing you on property, the only thing I can think of is that there were representives of another potential buyer there (doing due diligence) , and because of confidentiality reasons, they did not want any outsiders on the property for fear that word would get out that they a particular party was interested. The fact that threy are not allowing anyone on property is, to me, a ...more

I totally disagree with you. There is absolutely nothing wrong with having two prospective buyers at the same time. Meetings can be coordinated so nobody sees each other. What a nice position it would be for the seller to have two prospective buyers. My buyers could have been delayed another month. But in actual fact, the correspondence given back to ourselves, completely showed no interest in ...more

I think that if LME has a serious buyer that is far advanced, they could conceivably have a whole team of geological people there for weeks doing due diligence. I don't think it would be that easy to avoid contact. As far as the specifics of your situation is concerned, I am obviously not in a position to say. I am just advancing a possibility. I am sure that Cynthia and the LME board had ...more

I also don't think someone who's about to dish out billions would go to stockhouse to air grievances.....

100% why I'd like to see some proof of some sort.. complaining to the 10% minority public shareholders doesn't make sense.

But, even if you saw "proof" Lambo (of appointments and cancellation) what would that mean? There is a reason behind something like that, and that won't show that. Maybe the reason that I suggested in prior email; maybe Cynthia and the LME board determined that something not kosher about this perspective buyer. Who knows?

I agree, seems odd to come to stockhouse with that. I have no clue about the details of how a buyout would work. But could it potentially be an investor who acts like a buyer to get more info that they are not releasing to public? And LME saw through it? Also, If it is true, is it possible they have a tentative buyer dependent on if some criteria is met with the drilling prorgram/magnetic ...more

This forum is a place for all of us, to express news , and hopefully good facts. What else are forums for? The company, by its own admissions has stated that they are in pursuit of an eventual buyer to the property. Activities, are not aimed at production, but only sample and reports to a prospective buyer. 10 yrs have passed by now.  A prospective buyer was turned away at the door.!!!  ...more

You haven't presented anything other than a story. If it is factual I would love to see some proof, email screenshot or something. You don't present this in a manner that someone who arranges billion dollar deals would.
