Evidence of previous BO Offers?

I have seen a few different people over the last year allude to there having been at least one buyout offer in the past that was rejected or fell through for some reason.  Do we have any solid evidence that that actually happened?  

And why it was never announced or finalized?

hello, page 3 of the FAQ released by LME. https://www.laurion.ca/_resources/LME-FAQ-Shareholders.pdf companies don't have to release news about offers that do not go anywhere.

Perhaps last years buyout is still being negociated.  If you look at the Management circulars that have been posted from GBR and Premier Gold, you can see the back and forth of offers in the early stage that take over a year to finalize. As great as the buyout announcement will be I'm also really interested in reading the LME Management circular to see the process that has been going on ...more

Same here.  When/If/When a deal is announced, I'd be very interested to know the timeline of events, which will be published in the management information circular. For what it's worth, the wall of shares for sale at $0.70 seems very intentional and coordinated.  When the stock ran up to $0.76, it was TD that put will the wall at $0.75, and then another at $0.80 and then ...more
