food for thought.  The example BO’s given awhile back.    The 7 week deal example had 2 offers.  We are now in week 8.   As stated by Cynthia in the past and others in this forum.  LME is unique.  Could there be multiple buyers at table and it’s going back and fourth.  That’s why is taking longer the normal :)

i like that you post this, it is something I have thought about a lot recently.  We know there was a sale that fell through in the past, is it possible it feel through because a mutual price couldnt be reached? Maybe the initial party wasnt willing to pay Cynthias ask but had a relatively fair offer in place and said they wanted more proof before they were willing to pay a higher price ...more
