Good morning all .... this may be a silly question but I still would like to put it out there .... In regards to the Q and A portion of the AGM when Cynthia gets pressed on the disposition as well as the progress of the special committee and where we are at .... will she be able to give us some direction or will it just be one word answers.  Hopefully we know the answer before than.  Thanks for any input and good day to all.

Good question.  She said well over a year ago we’re in position to be acquired and look where we are today.  Who knows  what she will say this year. I hope some answer are by her.   I try to stay optimistic but sometimes I question things  - was Steve brought in to calm waters because of the  BO or is it not close and because AGM was approaching and Cynthia didn’t

You are not alone in these thoughts. Hard to remain positive sometimes when it feels like you aren't getting straight answers.

I agree.  I hope she can articulate how she as added value to shareholders (as that is apparently her primary focus).  Apart from press releases that we are all trying to interpret as "positive" what has been done that is tangible evidence (I know there is lots, I’m not doubting her) but would love to see more on where we are at overall, and at least get a rough idea of where

In regards to timelines and where we stand the one I am looking at is the date which US Capital was brough on board .. if I'm correct It was for 6 months.  If nothing has happened by the end could be a long haul... but the deal could happen at anytime.  Still feeling will happen by year end.  Or just could be my confirmation bias lol

Correct me if I am wrong, but I believe there was no set end date on the engagement of USCG. Stevens engagement was just for a six month period.

Totally fair questions, absolutely.  Keep in mind that this is a public company in one of the most highly regulated (in a postiive way) jurisdictions on Earth.  I can tell you the answer about M&A now and it's not the first time I've reported it here.   There will be an update and that update will be that work is progressing on that front but details cannot be
