Steve,

It was mentioned by a couple posters today that Michael Burmi is on the Special Committee.

Appologies if I missed this from a previous post, but can you confirm who is on the Special Commitee?

The Special Committee is made up of the 2 "independent" directors of the compensation. (Independent simply means non-management...Cynthia is management therefore she is not an independent director). Michael is chair of the special committee and John is the other member.
