In the event you are right then I just view this as an opportunity to accumulate more shares over the next 12 months.  With that mindset you are assuming there has not been a buyer involved up to this point, I do not believe that is the case. I suppose we will all have to wait for the information circular to see the sequence of how all of this transpires and has transpired behind the scenes

my favorite is that he prefaces his post by saying he has no insider information (eye roll) and then goes on to divulge information and say everyones gonna make a ton of money. lol.  We all got worked up in the same exact way a year ago when the last internal rumblings and rumors began and we saw another price spike only to be let down. we shall see what happens.

Not a huge Roger fan but in reality he knows what is and what's not illegal.  The guy has been in the business for a long time and is more knowledgeable when it comes to what language he can use.  People need to take a pause before posting and relax.  There is nothing any of us can do to change the course of the transaction so we might as well be kind to each other.

In either case, Cynthia should probably muzzle him if and when negotiations are ongoing because it doesn't seem to do any good coming from him either, the same way it does nothing when we post lol. I've said it before but I guess it needs to be said again - every trade on the market has a buyer and a seller - and the amount of shares they exchange is equal for both.  The only variables are the time and the price.  Looking at a trade and pointing out the someone is dumping stock without recognizing that someone else is building their position in the exact same stock does

As I enjoy pointing out facts, a realized gain means you sold the stock. So if Roger said earlier investors have already realized millions of gains, he is saying they have sold the stock . Perhaps they sold in August 2022 at $1.00+ and then rebought recently in the 30s?  Realized Gains/losses are the actual gain/loss that occurred as a result of a sale or disposition of
