for me...its the increase in volume, the relative timeline and where we SHOULD be at thanks to information provided and analyzed by our top forum members here, the silence from Cynthia the last couple weeks, the silence from Doug, the inability for USCG to be named in the recent PR. There SHOULD be a deal(s) being negotiated heavily but again it could fall apart. Closer to a transaction now than

I am also curious.  It seems annon (broker 001) has an unlimited amount available at $0.41. 6,500 seems to be the order size and then it auto refills each time some buys at $0.41.  Anyone have any theories?

...the 507k sell order at $0.45, that we saw for several weeks dissappeared and is now manifesting itself at $0.41.  Someone wants the SP low, leading up to the BO.  Perhaps ego is involved; desiring 'bragging rights' associated to the delta between BO Value & SP at time of BO announcement,

My thoughts from the start of the wall. They had sell orders and buy orders from the same account. Price manipulation. I figured this was happening to produce the 10 bagger they've always wanted to.

Someone who is associated with the aquiring company could own an unknown amount of LME shares, they could potentially manipulate the SP by selling off their shares prior to a BO to keep the BO price suppressed? Just a theory, not sure if this is "legal".  10 bagger by Christmas ¯\_()_/¯

Folks, As per the recent persistent selling by Anon perhaps you should ask yourself: How could they be "right" while so many others buying up the stock are "wrong"? It appears on the surface that someone is either very very convinced that there will not be a transaction involving LME any time soon or they have a very very pressing need / opportunity for their cash. if it was just the fact that anon offloaded 500k-1m+ shares and there was not any other factors at play id agree that this is more likely negative than positive...but we've been pinned in this tiny range for months regardless of volume. The only thing I could see that would tank this if this was Burmi or a director offloading shares, which doesn't make sense given Cynthia also exercised

Approximately 265M outstanding shares of LME Around 70% insider and family owned is approx 185M shares Leaves trading 80M shares Between me and those who I got into LME hold around 3M of these. None have sold. Many of upon this forum have not sold. That doesnt leave many shares to tradeliquidity is very low. 500k shares of 265M shares is 0.2 % of shares. Anonymous is not a dealer. All dealers have the ability to mark trades anonymous.  Theories of one seller - or one selling dealer - have no basis in fact. Selling volume = buying volume - each every darn day.

The issue is NOT that it was Anonymous (001) selling, I think the general issue is that it was an Iceberg Order. The sell order at $0.41 looked like it was only for 6,500 shares at a time...but each time that order was filled (yes...someone buying), it was automatically reloaded with another 6,500 shares.  I've been seeing more of these lately, and I can't find a positive reason

seems like the same 6,500 number is being used today to offload another bunch of shares, this time at .40

That is an "iceberg order". Whoever is selling has specified they want to sell a much larger amount, but they have set it to only show 6,500 shares at a time in order to not spook the market. Once the 6,500 share order sells, it autoreloads with another 6,500 ahares. This will continue to happen until their entire order fills.

ya its fairly strange...should it finish prior to an "unfavorable" press release it will be even more sus. at least SOMEONE with a million shares is exiting or drastically reducing their position even though there seem to be some movement towards BO

just stick with the theory that some whale is offloading shares to F&F because a deal is imminent, helps me sleep at night

couldnt you just do that in 1 big block? or at least larger blocks without impacting price...especially if you're transferring 1:1 ...this seems more like someone with a ton of shares wants out. Could and likely is a nothing burger but strange things tend to happen around here.

I think it's a short and a pretty good bet. If Laurion opens on Monday under 0.40 the next support level is 0.36, then 0.27 which takes us back to early pandemic. If an AGM is announced and it comes and goes, sentiment might test those levels. That's a nice little profit. Remember as you wait for your pennies to turn into dollars, there are people in this game using theirs to make more

All I know is that it's none of us buying. we're all tapped. We've seen the volume per day in the previous months being terribly low now recently 200k per day and then today at 500k. Someone may want out but NEW buyers are buying in. That's the positive sign at least for me

There was 90k traded on USA side also this morning. Probably an otc trade between two. more likely just a reported transfer that occurred over weekend, and less likely the normal buy sell reasons. Stock guy may know more.
