Corporate Presentation was updated this afternoon. Seems to be dated August 20, 2024 (on the slide that mentions current share price). This aligns with when they announced the renewed engagement with financial advisor.

Unless I'm looking at the wrong thing, latest financials for June 30th showed just over 2.4 million warrants.

I see in the MD&A that came out on Aug 8th they also state there are no warrants.

Correct.  LME has a super clean cap table.  Kudos to Cynthia for pulling this off.  The past few private placements have come with ZERO warrants.  The last time we had warrants was when we raised a small round a couple years back at $1.00 ish.  I believe the warrants were priced at $1.15 and expired a year later as our share price was in free fall. Warrants? I hope the warrants were issued to a few muppets posting rubbish on this form. I hope the judge throws the book at them and they are sentenced to life in Mar A largo, being Trump's biitch or caddy
