Unless I'm looking at the wrong thing, latest financials for June 30th showed just over 2.4 million warrants.

Correct.  LME has a super clean cap table.  Kudos to Cynthia for pulling this off.  The past few private placements have come with ZERO warrants.  The last time we had warrants was when we raised a small round a couple years back at $1.00 ish.  I believe the warrants were priced at $1.15 and expired a year later as our share price was in free fall.
