Headaches

Many companies are acquired with big $$ without publicly announcing they are for sale. There is no need as everyone knows everyone. They know where the good companies mines are etc. kind of like seeing a good looking woman everyone knows .seems to me Cynthia could have saved the headaches by running the company like most other companies do. She wouldn't have angry frustrated shareholders . The only possible advantage if she wasnt publicly saying we are for sale is maybe less f&f ownership and therefore less control. Well there is the FAQ that LME released stating that fact...  there is the PR dude Steve who also confimred that there was a previous offer... i don't want to go back and screen shot those you can look back last year and find it if you want!

An existing deal? No, a past potential offer/interest though, yes there is proof to a small degree. The faq sheet in laurions website states on page 3 "Interest directed at LME's board of directors previously has been at a premium to the current average market share price (as of August 1, 2023) After rereading my comment I think it came off more snarky than I intended. I have had a ...more
