Grondin never explained to shareholders

why the deal he proposed in early 2019 never was executed.  TSX and other authorities did not approve in its initial state since it was very harmful to existing shareholders. And he could not get new investors to pick up the slack by paying more or getting less  That was the reason.  Use your effing head.

if all we have to do is use your fing head then we don't really need an explanation from David do we? Why do you waste so much time here . Its laughable. You don't even own the stock. What's wrong with your mind?
