Vote for Albert!

Eagle, I tried to deal with the old BOD, but they were useless and it became very clear they were working for David and not shareholders.

The new board members have been a huge disappointment Michel E. Labrousse, Jean-Sbastien Jacquetin, Caitlin Jeffs, Albert Contardi, and Wanda Cutler. So far it appears David has found another group a people that are willing to neglect their duties as board members and let him and Martin continue to operate as usual. Albert must be regretting his 600,000 share purchase. I give Albert credit as the only new board member that bought an acceptable number of shares as a start. Perhaps we should put him in charge?

I would question Albiert's judgment buying those 600,000 shares.  He must know nothing about David's previous history and performance as CEO.  Yes, I agree this crew is totally incompetent and just in it for the fees and free dinners.
