I give credit to Management for the Special Dividend.
This gives to ALL shareholders.Even the Insider buying means they are putting their own money into the Company.
Many other Companies would have forgotten the shareholders and given themselves cheap Options.Nice to see this didn't happen with LS.

so $0.05 per share, is that stretched out over a 12 month period (i.e. $0.05 per share paid out over 12 months)?  or is that $0.05 per share for every share I own at the time of issuance (June 22nd)? Regardless, this is great news!

"Im pretty sure its a ONE time 1 bulk payment of the entire .05 per share which will be paid out on June 22nd.. However this is based on the number of shares u own as of JUNE 8/2009 as this is the closing
