62 cent yr high; 9% higher this morning

(and i am 20 minutes behind).

 

Look at the Charts:   if it had a about a 62 cent one-year high in trading,  

and there is a takover coming,  then the trading today really looks positive.

Who-ever ends up with that New Steel Mill is getting a bargain.
