normally its 66.67% to vote it in. That's why they are smoozing the insiders to agree. It cost lots of money to make an offer legal fees ,mail out etc so they have to have them onside to proceed. If this offer proceeds you can be assured we wont even matter in the vote as it will be determined by Vic and other insiders. Look at it this way if its all a shame its come from 7 cents to 20 you can ...more

Agree with Stubbs' take on the matter; yet if the cease trade order went through for the proposed 40 cent sale price; one would think the re-negotiated sale price at 30 cents wouldn't come down beyond that; (but could be wrong again)
