I predict a counter offer--If the coming Qtr's

If the coming results and forcast on the next few Qtr's are good, there may be a counter offer.

The millions of shares changing hands are not for the 2cent spread.

Management may not be allowed to actively look for another buyer, but no one can stop them from releasing results and updates on expected revenue/income/growth etc.

If the numbers are good, the game may not be over.

why would some other company counter offer this deal - they know how much Alabama facilities are worth - its still under construction - and thats all the boys from Chicago want - including Wellands production brought to a halt - sorry fellows   WHEEL$
