Year end and Q1

The company confirmed today that the year end will come out April 29 or 30th, not mid month as previously stated. Also, Q1 will be released shortly thereafter. (It is really Q1 I am looking forward to seeing).  ... The company does have an email update option for shareholders if they wish to sign up.

Yes I encourage investors to sign up.   This stock is ON SALE right now.  You won't see under $3 ever again after earnings.  I bought more today and I will be buying more tomorrow.

May I ask why you say it is on sale.  I have a feeling, a great feeling that this will occur but it is really a feeling (based no historical data, capital investments).  At the moment, I am somewhat concerned that the company is taking so long to announce their results for end of December.  Other companies will have announced their Q1 results before this company will have announced

It is on sale today at even bigger discounts.  They are adding trucks and they are busy as all get out and I know this as a FACT.  I have no idea why results are postponed, maybe they are too busy booking business.  A little birdie told me to buy more so I am.  If you buy today, you will be rewarded handsomely in the near future.   Wait too long and you won't see

Very well written analysis. I am a previous holder of BAD.T shares, who sold a couple of years ago and made a neat bundle. Unfortunately I sold too soon. I think BAD's valuation is too  rich now and doesn't appeal to me. Instead, I chose to get into LSI.V last week and averaged down today. I own close to 10K shares now. I like the story and if they follow the path of BAD with

Good post Magic - I thought I would add my two bits - I owned Badger nearly ten years ago in the 3 to 4 dollar range - I ended up selling in the 6 or 7 $ range thought I had done well - I do remember Bad in the early days was suffering from the same growing pains. The equipment is just plain expensive and when you see more demand you simply want to get more trucks out there and this  ends up

Magic - honest I only talked to him for a couple minutes :) - Something else to note is they were just coming off a job and the truck was absolutely spotless - these really are very impressive rigs and looking at the condition of the truck these guys present themselves as a real class act - very professional. Then again maybe I am easy to impress...... been in construction all my life.

I don't think there's a reason to be concerned about this.  The company had stated back in November that year end results would be filed by April 30.  Year end results need to be audited, so they always take a bit longer.   On top of it, there are probably some additional complexities associated with needing to restate previous financials to match up for comparative purposes
