NPV if gold is at $2300 and copper is $4 come the end of the first quarter of 2021..compare that to the $1.6B with $1400 gold and $3.25 copper or $2.5B NPV with $1680 gold....the numbers are staggering.

Not to rain on your parade but gold will not be 2300 by the end of Q1 nor will CU be $4.  I agree the numbers in terms of what has been found is staggering but the reason why LUM cannot get fair market value for what they have in the ground (key is in the ground) is that it's in one of those "iffy" locations. If you need to plough over a billion in facilities to extract both

I agree with that Judgement. It is something different if you give a "little Project" 50 Mio. Or a Bigger One 1 Billion. Burned can be Both. But in 2nd Case you wanna have much, much More Safety, Assurances etc. . You hold Pieces, I guess ?

Gotta say, I never thought copper would get to 4.00 so soon.  Quite a shock actually. Gold on the other hand has come down.  Hopefully, gold will reverse trend. Nice call on CU. Now let's hope they can sell this company for some sort of premium!  One of the top 15 undeveloped CU/AU mines in the world and they can't even get a decent offer.  Sad really.  sb
