Reasons For The Last Promotion Campaign

What are the reason(s) MAE spent so much effort in promotion lately?  Raise the SP for:
- preparing a share consolidation?
- fighting against any low ball acquisition offer that may come our way?
- preparing the financing for mine construction?
- allowing big investors to get out at a fair price?
- all of the above?
- other reasons?

Maybe it's being promoted to attract an offer. Garrett may feel his work is done and it's time to pass this off to  a team who can step in and start producing ounces. I would welcome a roll back in this time period.

They had an offer from ANX a few years back, a good offer which was declined.  Same old here, drill, dilute, consolidate, repeat.

Yes they did have an offer from ANX now SGNL but was turned down by mgt. and shareholders. So how did the shareholders make out after that decision. Well not very good and now it's even worse for them because they are NOW looking at a 5 cents stock with 400mil shares outstanding which means when they go to finance further exploration the financiers will force them to consolidate the ...more

Talking about Signal Gold, they will announce today that they got the Nova Scoatia government approval to develop Goldboro.  Focus will now be on developing the 3M+ ounces of gold there.  This might shuffle things up in NFLD operations either by teaming up with Maritimes to run the NFLD operations and explorations.  The synergy is still there, and more than ever IMO, and a merge ...more
