APH merger was a bad deal for us

Effectively APH bought NUU shares for 4.7972 a share, the stock had never been down that low when trading publicly so all of us shareholders that bought after NUU went public took a loss, lame. & ...more

If I understand correctly us shareholders all get screwed and get about 15% less then what we were valued at yesterday.
