Hello I'm a newbie to trading ND just purchased nuuvera, why exactly does this mean if I have 400 shares. Paid $1 per share and .035 of aph

upon closing, you receive in your trading account 400 dollars cash *no papers to fill out* , your Nuuvera shares drop off and 140 Aphria shares now sit in it’s place. Nuuvera is no more. peace
