The discount is the uncertainties.    Keep in mind that APH is beaten down compared to its peers since the market feels they overpaid and did this transaction too "hastily". And as we say, the deal was renegotiated in this friendly merger.  Considering how APH is underperforming, what prevents the deal from being renegotiated? I'm here here, I'm from APH so

agree.  NUU should be above $5 at least.  Don't get it.  Maybe like ACB and CMED when CMED spiked in the final days.
