What happens to Nuuvera after it's delisted?

After it's delisted, will Aphria give me .60 + 0.3546 shares since I didn't do anything with their offer. I bought it a $7.0 Is it better to sell it at the open market if it goes above $5.74 based on Aphria quote at $14.50? $14.50x.03546+.60=$5.74
