If I understand correctly us shareholders all get screwed and get about 15% less then what we were valued at yesterday.

Now that the share price is tanking and we have no way to sell we get left to hold the bag or will they change the $ amount given out per share as well? Im guessing we get left ...more

I just read your link. Seems accurate....but you are right...at wondering what aph price they will be doing the conversion at. Hopefully our shares/cash doesn't get tied up for too long. I should have sold before the conversion date....big mistake on my part...never trusted these consolidations. I have 4000 nuu shares...sure hope we don't get burned. LongGuy
