From where i;m standing, the timing of the purchase, the terms and conditions of the purchase of the smartcoach, the  state of that product when purchased, the purchase price, the lack of  activity on VV in the following time period and the latest terms on the LOC all look like this event was designed for this outcome. This should be looked into?

It seems they didn't even have the where withall to mention existing shareholders so you know how much respect we were given. I guess we automatically become ex shareholders now -- as "newco" with all the assets becomes the property of all the "noteholders". This is the second time in two days I've run across this term. I had a guy tell me yesterday re STP "oh, I
