Market cap

Today we are sitting at a 205 mil market cap with 65 mil shares.post purchase of Gxs mako will have approximately 80 mil shares outstanding. If the market cap stays the same the share price will have to come down to the 2.60 range. I suppose it all depends on whether the value of the purchase is already baked into this market. Just a thought.

That's quite the analysis.   If the market correctly attributes 0 value to Gxs (or frankly any value less than what the value was when we first announced the transaction) I would not be a buyer or holder of mako stock, because it means the CEO is a moron.
