Thanks!   Yes, the financial restructuring was a necesssry prerequisite for any operational restructuring.  It doesn't take many things to go right for a deal priced like this to work extraordinarily well.

The more i look into this mine info the better this purchase looks. With that purchase price i can understand the "extraordinarily well". Also this is a good size land package with lots of potential.

One other thing I forgot to mention. It seems to me you have set the bar very high for yourself.these shareholders are going to expect the same value add for each deal.they are a temperamental bunch!

Don't worry.   I'm sure I can debase myself enough to exceed lowered expectations in the future.

The stock price certainly has low expectations but that can change quickly.
