just watched rick rule's speech from conference and within that speech he mentioned a junior mining strategy that seems to be Mako's blue print. He said that strategy would never work. I guess even rick rule can be wrong although it showed me the headwinds that Mako and Akiba have been up against.

Roll ups are hard, especially for small assets.  You need an operating team and access to cheap capital, neither of which is plentiful in our space.   But we have an operating team, we have cash flow that can be redeployed, and hopefully we'll have access to cheap(er) capital going forward to do more.  I don't blame people who invest by heuristic.  But we tend to do ...more
