Shame that their protest to the halt wasn't as simple as their press release made it out to be. Now we're floating in long term limbo again. Wooooop

MLY responce to the halt was as timely and direct as possible - BCSC responce was wrong and enough said - BCSC requires MLY to produce an update PEA and that is not going to happen. Idaho Copper reponded and so did their lawyers who advised not to waste any further time and money to try and resolve the halt. So the money and time will be spent on producing a new PEA with new results from metalurgy

MLY will not do updated PEA, however Idaho Copper is doing an updated PEA and are targeting completion by end of year. There is a difference Goldbug so stop your misinformation or are u showing the extent of your knowledge and research. LOL
