Newmont buying more MMG shares

The company needs funding to expedite LP drilling and a potential sale of Keno assets,in whole or in part,facilitates this. Another funding option is drill discovery and if they aren't drill testing LP porphory targets,namely the three that have already been identified,that leaves the revised resource re-rating. Lately, someone is doing their best to keep a lid on our share price. Newmont just picked up more MMG shares for 36 cents.... yet the share price hasn't budged. Precious metals are skyrocketing but MMG is down this morning....trading at 21 cents with lots up for grabs at a mere 21.5 cents.  I don't get it. Why is the share price not responding to the gold/silver market?
