Re-Incorporation..... some questions What jurasdiction, where we are re-incorporated? What are the shareholders rights in this jurasdiction ? What is the attitude of the courts in this jurasdiction? I could go on and on .... but these are enough questions to start. I just wonder if the Investor Relations Officer would have the answers, and if he did, would he tell us? .....  Richard
