The CEO.  Ahhh okay we see a Lawyer as President and CEO whose only exerperience in resources stuff is energy????

The CFO also has ONLY energy releated experience.

Even the Corprate Secretary ONLY has energy experience.

Wowsers!!!  A little little company with only like $5Millions market cap with 7 Directors???  I need to see how much these guys will be paid to see how much all 7 cost.  A half Million shares at 10 cents is only like $50k each timez 7 is 3.5Millions shares of dilution each year but I need to see what they actually make.  Maybe it is quiet a bit more I dunno.

Lets see we have Zang a Lawyer witch is probably better for Director than CEO and President than we have Elmer B Stewert CEO and President and Director of Copper fox metals AND Boxxer Gold corp witch are junior mining companies tho they are NOT doing very well rite now  then Carl von Einsiedel who is also geologist for mining stuff than we have Kirkam who is also geologist who also is in Energy but also mining then we have Erickson who is BUSINESS AND MANAGEMENT CONSULTANT witch I dunno what that means and then we have Ken Younger who is also from energy sector then we have Zubot who is ALSO from energy sector.

So 1 Lawyer and 1 BUSINESS AND MANAGEMENT CONSULTANT and 3 geolgists who are in mining tho Boxxer AND Copper fox AND Romios Gold are NOT doing to good and 2 people from ENERGY sector.  Seemz like MAYBE they should have some more people from Mining experience in the managemet of the MINING COMPANY more than being Directors huh???  I dunno.   What does Energy stuff have to do with MINING stuff???  Not that much maybe huh???

So Management doez not look like it has junior mining experience but 3 out of 7 Dirctors do.  So what do the Directors do???  Dont they just meet once in a whiel and say YES YES DRILL THOSE TARGETS AND SPEND THIS BUDGET AND DILUTE THIS AMOUNT AND PAY US THIS AMOUNT AND WE WILL MEET AGAIN NEXT QUARTER???  Or SOMETHING like that.  Then the Lawyer and the ENERGY Guys try to figer out how to find minerals in Mexico with those marching orders.

I dunno if that is such a great managment set up huh???  Management with no junior mining experience and soo many Directors and only 3 of 7 have mining experience and a Lawyer running the whole show???

I dunno much about all this stuff b/c I am only lernin and stuff but this seems kinda backwards unless they were looking for oil and gas in like USA or Canada or SOMEWHERE and more than $5Millions market cap with less than like 53 Millions shares already out before they even drilled ANYTHING.

Anybody have some thoughts about this stuff???

Have the BEST day EVERYONE!!!!!!!!!!!!  YEAH!!!!!!!!!!  ^_^
