what happened to Penoles? How are these new deals working?

I stopped following these guys for a while, last time I was following them they were into their deal with the penoles project in mexico, can anyone tell me what happened to that?

Also, from looking at the financials it seems obvious to me that they really have nothing except a lot of debt now, to save me time trying to sift through all these press releases, can some tell me how they are planning on getting the money for these new takeover offers they are in the works with these marijuana companies? Is it just shares in exchange for shares?

Penolez??? POOF!!! GONE!!! @Been about a year or more now. Now the oil and gas management that lost Penolez AND diluted Morro bay to the Bejeeperz AND ran up debt and stuff is goin into pot.  YEAH!!!!   Management got the money they where owed tho.  PHEW!!!
