Insider Confindence

This guys just put 4 million bucks of their own money in this baby without asking for outside help, we are in for a ride. They are agrassive and have a stategy!  we might hit a resistance at .29 where we had a previos high a few months ago, but a NR will see us clear that. This is going to reward boys.

good luck.

Yes, it looks like resistance to cross over into 30. It may take a good NR to get us over that hurdle, but I think it'll happen, just a matter of time. I also believe that the company is being groomed for a takeover. I think the insiders must be very confident of seeing a huge return on their investment or else they wouldn't risk so much of their own capital - they'd risk shareholder ...more

I don't think they are looking for a takeover at all. I think they have much bigger aspirations than plumping up the Goose for market here. Their literature talks of becoming involved in West African energy plays from Ghana to Angola. My belief is that Tom Shot Bank is just the start for this company. The BoD have form with Mart, who have seen great success with the Umusadege field, look to ...more

Thank you for the information. I too hope that they are able to move the field forward with another well but it is going to take a massive amount of money ( 50 mill+)  to do that  ( sorry, just being devils advocate) and not sure if the supportive funds and brokers (sic) are up to the task. It is useless and amusing thinking we know answers ( but it is entertaining) and no one ...more

you missed my point and im not trying to start an argument..it was extremely taxing on management getting the project into the company, financed, with operational delays, extra costs and as far as i know there is no plan to drill anything in Q2. This money was raised on necessity not for opportunity. Your question is NO..never seen any management do this and I applaud them ..but how long can ...more

he was the only insider of the company that bot stock on the recent financing

he was the only insider of the company that bot stock on the recent financing ==================== That is NOT my understanding. The entire Private Placement was restricted to Insiders ONLY, hence Management and members of the Board of Directors. Said placement was originally planned for $5 Millions, but one of the Director could not contribure as much as he wanted, hence this was reduced to $3.5 ...more

I was told that as well but things must have changed..If there were any other directors involved they would have been listed. I'm "guessing" the other 9 placees are industry people.  In hindsight, the directors should have just put their money into the placement rather than the convertible but it impresses me that they did that..This stock is going to rock regardless of what we ...more
