This is being groomed for a take out. period ..end of sentence. why raise only 4 mill if they wanted to take this further... Strategically this covers the monthly nut and pays off a few bills for the next couple of months. they must have some plan to have the share price increase enough to cash in some warrants or get some sort of offer to ramp things up if they want to move this thing ahead. The drill program was a big success..too bad the only ones that really realized it are the little guys
