Reaching 26,000,000 volume I think it's totally possible for $.40 after word of mouth spreads this weekend

We traded over 43m shares Friday so I don't see 26m on Monday as an issue. All those shares trading hands Friday will be looking for .30's this week and beyond. But, this is the vulture exchange so one never really knows.

I tend to agree freedom45.  The catalyst for many who jumped on board was the massive set of contracts.  Many are short term, but no doubt many are middle to longer term which should allow this to continue to run, perhaps not without periodic pulls backs which is healthy. I say this as there is so much in the pipeline which as they materialize will continue the interest. The FEMA

Forgot to add another key notable :  No insider trading at all.  Everyone holding.  Warrants coming due (the largest set) @ .27 if I recall in the neighborhood of 10mil in count.   Here is hoping we all, as shareholders are rewarded, particularly the longs which I am one. Cheers.

I do not own this at present but will on Monday. Here is what it's worth not being in a high profile industry. You use a multiple of 2x sales divided by the shares outstanding and that is where it should go. There is some speculative value that can be added because the news had a mim, max contract. The speculative value is unknown the market will tell you what it thinks speculative value
