Was some news released post market or is this a technical glitch? Stock Twits has MSNVF up 83.09% Post-Market.

No news that I am aware of.  At the very least it is certainly interesting.  My thought is that this is a glitch....that said, one never truly knows...it would certainly start the week nicely should it be anywhere near true....glta.

It's a data glitch. Nasdaq after hours quotes does not show that share price advance.
