that causes Metalla to crash by 12% on announcing the deal?

as per new presentation:  run and dump "Immediate upfront premium of 25% based on spot and 32% based on the closing share price of Nova on May 16, 2023,"

That should be positive.  Why are the shares down 12%?  What is scaring some investore into selling?

Ha...positive. This is a disaster and gross mis management....deserves a class action as the instiders need to be investigated.

This deal could be dilutive for MTA shareholders.....I understand that MTA will pay part of the merger with a share issue.....JHMO!

One money-losing company with too much debt merges with another money-losing company with even more debt.  What could go wrong?
