Chuck once owned the majority stake in UNO.H. He dumped 50 million shares at $0.005 for $250,000. Both CEO Chad and CFO Jennifer subsequently resigned.
Chuck still owned shares in UNO.H.

But, look: Since the announcement of 1 for 25 rollback two days ago, the stock shot up from $0.005 to $0.195 today on just a 1,000 shares trade. Hey, may be there is still hope for the dead horse MTX. Don't give up just yet.
