Some thoughts from my side:  1) PEA results were expected in Q4, and PEA results are in line with expectations; so to me no surprise the stock didnt move as all is in line with the expectations built since January. Just surprised in the dropped, but it's the strange reality of the stock market.  2) There is a mine! There is lots of exploitable Niobium, at better levels than some key

I think there is a finance due so people moved out dropping the price so the finance deal gets done at a lower price more than likely dropped by the very people who could get some nice juicy warrants.
