the news is official.........just out at stockwatch huge dilution at $0.03 a share for a little bit more than $1 110 000 (37 000 000 shares) that's why I have a low ball on it since so many times.... it is sad for those investors who paid far much higher for the stock altough I did warn everybody many many times....
