The transaction closed just before Christmas.  And after a few busy months, anyone would want a couple of weeks off at Christmas time.

I am confident that Kevin was getting to know about NEXG and their properties over the last few months.  They actually have a couple of properties they could perhaps sell.

Needless to say, Kevin is getting a good understanding of what they have.  And I think that the former CEO said in a video that he would stay on a bit to help the transition.

This is the best time of the year for increasing the shareprice of juniors.

The selling... could be anyone.  Someone who needs money.  Someone who bought into a recent pp and is selling at a bit more than they paid, but keeping the warrants.  It could be disgruntled SGNL shareholders who are still unloading.

The daily volume is the equivalent of 1.5-2 million SGNL shares.

It was .80 a month ago.

I hope that next week, Kevin gets on the bandwagon and starts to promote.  Put out some news releases.  Do a promotional video.  

I'm not asking for a report on how much cash the company has after the transaction.  It might not be what some investors were expecting.

Most junior gold stocks are up since the new year.  This one not doing so well the last month.

wearethebest FYI...In order to upgrade all inferred and indicated resources to measured resources in a deposit takes a lot of diamond drill holes. Holes spaced approximately 10m apart in the same quartz belt is sufficient to generate measured resources. As an example, back in the 1980, I drilled 100 underground holes over 100m at Goldboro.  10 holes per station in a fan pattern from the

Focus of the next drilling in Goldboro...probably starting next week with1 drill then 2 more being added will be to vastly increase the current inferred and indicated resources to measured.  25,000 meters of drilling probably 200 to 250 verticle meters deep max...that amount of drilling can greatly increase the measured resources...just takes quite a bit of planning to spot the holes in the

Rogg and wearethebest, you are doing a big shortcut here with you say that there was 45 years span of drilling: during the OX era, there was long stretch of "nothing happening" + the context for gold exploration was not good for some period of times. You can give your opinion saying that lots of drilling happened but please be serious when using numbers. When Kevin took the leadership

@DoumDiDoum - Yes, we'll need financing. The share price and capitalization are stagnating, which will not facilitate this financing. Management's lack of communication since the Signal takeover is regrettable.
