Yes they are running it like a business not a charity .They have currently 63/full time employees and a number of contractors on site according to the email from newfound gold I posted this earlier  it is still a large work force for a jr exploration company by any measure

Yes, it should be run as a business. But usually the sad part is that, whatever they save by laying off the real work force will be eaten up by the top executives. You will see their pay / share incentives increase day by day!
