AT THE DISCRETION OF THE COMPANY"
It appears that NFG does, indeed, control the ATM
volumes and prices.
What are they thinking of, in relation to their effect on
this sorry trading pattern?

Thank you. I read that quite differently. Timing and extent of use refers to amount of The funds being raised with the right to terminate , interrupt etc. I think the price and volumes are controlled by the agents and with the shorts callling the prices, NFG has lost control of its market...ie a passive observer.
