DL has very little to say about NFG  direction.  ES and CK are the major decision makers...and CK stated at that time that  he prefers mining unless an extraordinary offer is made at which time such an offer will be reviewed for its relative merits. Shortly after that interview, NFG announced the tolling MOU with MAE. Of course, any thing can happen as situations change but
